Through Ian Powell, YCDO for East Yorkshire and with special responsibilities for Grounds matters, Clubs may apply for and (possibly) obtain a
Pitch Up-grade.

Below is a picture of Redcar CC, taken just after the renovation work and reseeding have taken place. Only three weeks after the work was finished the first cut has taken place.

Below is a picture of Kirkstall Educational CC (West Yorkshire), where the pitch up-grade work has just begun.
