The YCB has the following Sub-Committees with their responsibilities and personnel as outlined below:
 

YCB - Development Management Group

This group will meet monthly and manage the YCDOs
Its roles will include the receipt of YCDO reports
It will discuss relevant working condition issues
It will agree YCDO work programmes
It will liaise with ECB
